What is a gift experience?

Our experiences are the next big step in gift giving. Often perceived as being more thoughtful than a monetary value card, it means you can gift something you know they will love, without your recipient knowing how many pennies you have spent.

How do I purchase?

You simply choose the experience and venue you wish to give, select a delivery option, and check out. On receipt of their giftcard and pack, your loved one will find all the information they need to book themselves in with a date and time that suits them.

What is in the giftpack?

All of our experiences come in a gift pack which includes a branded sleeve, an insert where there is space to fill in 'to', 'from' and a little message if you wish. It also includes their plastic card, which is pre-loaded with their entire experience.

What are the T+C's of the experience?

All terms and conditions of the chosen experience are clearly displayed on our website. If you require any further clarification on these, the individual venue involved will be able to advise.

What are my delivery options?

You can choose to have your gift pack delivered by first class recorded delivery (via Royal Mail) for a flat rate of £1.99, or if you are in a bit of a hurry, we also offer recorded next day guaranteed delivery for a fee of £6.99

What happens if I don't receive my voucher?

You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. If your gift pack is not with you within the timeframe set out by your selected delivery method, you can contact us to let us know and check the tracking code.

I have been given a gift- what should I do now?

On your gift pack, it will be marked clearly where the experience takes place. You can then contact them directly, advising you would like to book in for your gift experience.

Are my bank details safe on this website?

We use sagepay to process your bookings, so all your information is secure.

Can I get a refund?

While we do not offer refunds on incremented and activated experiences, if for some reason this experience is not suitable, we can arrange a similar value like for like swap to a different gift if you let us know within 60 days.

Gift Guilt?

Don't stress! If for any reason your chosen gift isn't suitable, we offer a 60 day exchange policy, with over 150 options to choose from, they are bound to find something they love!

Are Scotsman Gift Cards responsible for delivering the experience?

No, we operate as a third party agent for our gift providers. We do of course take steps to ensure all our experiences are of the highest quality and delivery consistently great results.

Do cards have an expiry date?

You can find the expiry date (if there is one) on the back of the giftpack. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
